Curvy Faja

I have tried repeatedly to contact this company about my product that I ordered over a month ago. Despite messaging them via email, they never responded back.

I visited their Facebook page and communicated that I had ordered a product on September 26th. They took my money but never shipped the product. When I tracked my item, it was still listed as processing. This update was made on October 21st.

During a Facebook messenger interaction, it was brought to my attention that they were out of the color I ordered. They asked whether I would like a different color. I declined and asked for a refund, given that I wouldn't have known about the stock issue had I not contacted them about my missing items. It's odd that I receive numerous emails about new products, but they can't deliver the item I already purchased.

Additionally, when they actually respond, it's always at inopportune times, like 1:00 am in the morning. Now they're saying that due to favorable reviews of their products, they're offering a 15% discount and suggesting that I keep my item. This company is fraudulent, scammers!

These are huge scammers; do not order from them. Where is my refund or my item?

I have had two bad experiences with this company. Their sizing is way off.

I ordered the items that I ordered according to their size chart. How do you receive an xs that fits bigger than a s? They were unwilling to refund or send a shipping label to make things right. Instead offered a 20% off discount code.

I should have followed my first mind and not dealt with them anymore, but because I liked the material of the corsets I got from them I tried them one more time and used the discount code. This time I ordered an xxs and it didn't even COME CLOSE to closing. Meanwhile, my xs is on the last row of hook and eyes (out of 3 rows) and has a little room in it. They were unwilling to send me a shipping label yet again and kept offering percentages off of another purchase like I would ever purchase from them again.

They only offered a small partial refund. Don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service. I wish I never bought from them.

Never received my package it said it was sent back to curvy faja because my address was insufficient I contacted curvy faja they gave me the same tracking number I already had that said it was sent back also told me to contact USPS which I did and gave me the same information I already knew told curvy faja and all they could do is offer me a 50% discount which I said I didnt need and explained why and they proceeded to offer me the discount again that I really dont need because what makes them think Ill make another order when I dont have my first one that I also got with a discount, so I gave up at the end I lost $80 for 2 fajas and didnt receive my items
